We want you to be happy with your order! Most of our customers are very happy, but we know that sometimes you need to return an item. In the case that you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
If you receive a damaged item, please call 903-223-9143 or email AskTopsTheCake@aol.com IMMEDIATELY for instructions. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt. You will be credited for your order or shipped a replacement at your request. You may be asked to retain the damaged item and all original packaging materials, including the shipping box, for up to 10 days. The shipping company may need to pickup the damaged item.
OTHER TYPES OF RETURNS
You may return an item within 30 days after you receive it. The item must be in NEW CONDITION. We will not approve refunds if the item packaging is ripped, torn, worn or if damage or wear to the item is present. You will not receive credit for USED ITEMS under any circumstance.
TO RETURN AN ITEM
Call or email us to request a return authorization and a return authorization number. Please include the reason you would like to return the item. After you receive the return authorization number, package the item you wish to return in the same safe manner as it was sent to you and ship it to the address below. Write the return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box and also include it on your return slip. We cannot approve refunds is we do not have this information. You will receive your exchange or refund as soon as possible in accordance with our policy. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in most cases.
