I received my cake topper in the mail the other day and when I opened it, one of the hair colors was incorrect.  I called and they apologized for the problem and immediately got the ball rolling to get me the correct topper.  I was very impressed with the hassle-free way they handled everything and I was also VERY impressed with the cake topper itself.  It will be the perfect touch for my wedding cake!
